He was really friendly and told us so much about the country and it's people and the influence on its food. We went to food sellers that we probably would have been way too wary of trying and had some very good food.. The only problem was we needed bigger stomachs as there was so much food to eat... You really need to come hungry for this tour as its such great food so skip dinner the night before and skip breakfast and enjoy every mouthful. Really enjoyed seeing the fish…”
