Mauritius: Horseback riding on the beach
1.Horseback riding on the beach
At Legasea Stables, you first visit the animal sanctuary, then ride for one hour at a walk along Belle Mare beach. A guide accompanies your small group of up to four, with helmets provided. The horses suit beginners, but this is a calm beach ride, not a trotting, galloping, or swimming session.

“It was an absolutely wonderful experience! I rode a horse named Picasso, who was extremely gentle, clean, and very sweet. Riding along the beach was truly magical and something I will never forget. The guide was very kind and professional, and he also took beautiful, high-quality photos of me with the horse. I am more than satisfied and would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Mauritius.”
